Car charger
In
the current automotive charging systems for electric vehicles, due to the high
power of the on-board chargers, the size of the chargers themselves is also
large. The control circuit for controlling the on-board chargers, as the core
component of the charging system, is also designed to be quite complex,
resulting in a significant amount of heat generated by the chargers. If the heat
dissipation is not effective, it will directly affect the lifespan of the
chargers. To address the issues of heat dissipation and stability of the
on-board chargers, when designing the heat dissipation devices for on-board
chargers, engineers usually use thermal conductive silicone sheets combined with
the cover to dissipate the heat.
